Appetizers And Sides.

The first time I had Du Jour was for a catering order for my work. We're located in One Commerce Square so I figured it was the easiest option. They're located downstairs and were able to deliver it no problem. We ordered the Executive Box Lunches, which came with a wrap, salad, fruit and a cookie.3/5(41). This is clearly the strategy du jour: according to ISS, the majority of companies it surveyed, as many as 55, employed this tactic during the first half of In practice, slow-motion exchanges, which are treated as a .

Hotel De France Espalion. And I get that it gets busy at lunch time, but so do a lot of other places. The people are nice, and the food is good - they have some good lunch specials too. I'll be back, but the wait just kills me. I can't go there unless I know I have enough time to wait. I was sitting inside at a table and in front of me there was a table being serviced and people on the other side being waited on also.

I guess their focus was the outside customers. You have to get it to go. Fast service - especially if you call your order in and then go pick it up. You get a choice of fish, chicken, or beef.

All come on two soft corn tortillas, topped with pico de gallo and guacamole, plus a side of sour cream and black beans inside a small tortilla chip bowl. The chicken comes in strips, there is a bit of a marinade, but was otherwise boring. The meaty grilled tilapia pieces were better, though both require lime and salt. Plus the umbrella protected outdoor seating is really relaxing. To help with your beverage choice, I did not care for my strawberry iced tea.

I work in this building, so I've eaten here a number of times. The food is not that good for how much you pay, and it gets more expensive every year. This most recent time, I asked for a plain bagel, but got everything, and I asked for extra capers, but got less than the regular amount of capers about 15 capers.

I ask for my cream cheese on the side and they always use a 3 or 4 ounce plastic container for cream cheese, and this time there was about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese in it - barely enough to cover one side of a bagel and definitely not enough to make an open-faced sandwich with cream cheese on both sides which is what the sandwich is supposed to be.

I've gotten quite a few lunches from here as well. The fries used to be my favorite fries in center city, but the last few times I got them I couldn't even eat them they were so hard and stale and gross.

The salads also used to be really big and had a lot of stuff in them. Now they're smaller AND the price went up. So, in summary, the food here has always been overpriced, but now the quality has decreased, the portions are smaller, and what you get is inconsistent.

I'm going to have to stop ordering from here because every time I do I get really annoyed. This is a very solid after-work place to get a drink and some appetizers. My company has had its holiday party there, and the food was better than I had expected -- the filet,in particular, was excellent.

The bartenders are experienced and attentive, which distinguishes it from Pagan's across the courtyard. It's the best place at Commerce Square. Nice outside for happy hour, just don't run a credit card tab when it's busy. I had to wait 30 minutes tonight to pay my bill so I could leave! A far trek for me for lunch but I was meeting an old coworker for lunch. The biggest appeal of this place is the location.

Outdoor seating with a great view. The server was also really attentive and nice. The flatbread was pretty tasty, crispy, and a decent size. The panini was loaded with chips. The price is pretty up there for a lunch but I enjoyed it perhaps more for the sun and breeze than just for the food.

I work in the building, and this is the only place with a wait staff. The food is actually pretty good, if not a bit pricey. I had a southwest salad with a pesto-grilled chicken.

The ingredients were fresh and the mango salsa dressing was delicious. Atmosphere is ok if you get the right table. I was doing business in the building and ate lunch twice here. Both times I was greeted with horrible stomach issues. The coffee is Lily and not some watered down Keurig.

Lately they have been a little slow, I like to attribute it to taking time to make it right. They have multiple beautiful women working the register that are smiley and helpful. Du Juor is a great place for a good morning. This is an upscale coporate lunch place, settled among all the office buildings on market street.

I think of it as a bumped up Au Bon Pain. Either way, they have a pretty big selection on their menu, and everything I've gotten has been very tasty, especially the veggie burger wrap and sweet potato fries. I strayed from my favorites this time and tried the crabcake sandwich and it was just ok.

The main reason for docking two stars is the service. Today I was placing an order for a business lunch and I came to find that their phones were down all week, so I emailed my order in and asked for a confirmation call when they got it. They never called, and I had marched down there only to find they didn't even put it in yet Anyway, I think that part needs some work.

But, it's a solid lunch spot food-wise. Writing a review of the grilled chicken panini The chicken is incredibly juicy, as if they just carved it off a whole chicken. Their beef is low quality as well. Go next door to Pagano's. Du Jour Commerce Square Unclaimed This business has not yet been claimed by the owner or a representative.
